Landcom Corporation has four major business areas: real estate fluidization, condominium apartments, housing, and operations/leasing. The concept that we emphasise in all four is “Optimisation of real estate value.” By determining what kind of home should be built, considering the potential of the property from the perspective of the consumer, we seek to maximise the real estate value. We are a real estate creator that plans and develops new value, thus ensuring added value in various ways in order to satisfy owners.
The Niseko Project is an ideal example of how we strive to achieve optimisation of real estate value. Because increasing numbers of Australian tourists are visiting Hokkaido's Niseko, which is one of Japan's leading ski resorts, we quickly focused on its global value to plan and develop the Niseko Landmark View condominium for foreigners.

Riccardo Tossani Architecture is an international creative design studio that removes the barriers between traditional design disciplines, creating architecture through the integration of all aspects of design, including planning, buildings, interiors, furniture, environmental science and landscape.
